R Tech Concrete Sealers are high-performance protective systems formulated to extend the service life of concrete across industrial and decorative applications. Our range spans two core technologies: penetrating sealers and film-forming sealers. Penetrating sealers utilise silane and siloxane chemistry to react with the free lime and silica within the concrete matrix, forming a hydrophobic barrier deep inside the substrate rather than a surface layer. This chemical bond repels water ingress while leaving the surface breathable and virtually invisible.

Film-forming sealers, including our acrylic, epoxy and polyurethane systems, cure into a continuous protective membrane that shields against oil, chemical attack, abrasion, UV degradation and carbonation. By controlling moisture movement and preventing chloride penetration, R Tech sealers protect embedded reinforcement, preserve structural integrity and enhance the natural finish of decorative concrete, stamped surfaces and polished floors alike.
