Structural Consultants

Meets compressive strength requirements of ≥ 40 N/mm² at 28 days. Suitable for specification under IS 456 and IS 383. The non-metallic aggregate matrix ensures no differential thermal expansion or corrosion risk within the slab. Ideal for RCC industrial slabs, warehouse floors and commercial hardstand areas.

Architects & Interior Designers

Available in 25 standard shades with custom colour matching on request. Integral colour, not a surface coating, eliminating delamination risk. Suitable for stamped concrete, exposed aggregate and polished concrete finishes in commercial interiors, hospitality, retail and exterior hardscaping projects.

Industrial & MEP Consultants

AR grade formulation offers resistance to alkalis, mild acids and aggressive cleaning agents. Recommended coverage of 5–8 kg/m² for heavy-duty industrial floors. Suitable for pharmaceutical GMP zones, food processing units, logistics warehouses, chemical plant flooring and large commercial floors subject to heavy wheeled traffic.

Application Method

  1. Surface Preparation — Ensure the subgrade is properly compacted. Place and screed the concrete slab to the required level, maintaining specified thickness and flatness.
  2. Dry Shake Application — Broadcast Impressio Dry Shake Color Hardener uniformly on the fresh concrete surface at the specified coverage rate. Allow the material to wet out, then float into the surface in two passes.
  3. Stamping / Finishing — Imprint the surface using stamps or finish using a power float as required. Application timing is critical; commence when bleed water has evaporated and the surface can support foot traffic without excessive indentation.
  4. Curing — Apply R Cure Formula or R Cure Ultimate immediately after final finishing to retain moisture and enable full strength and colour development.

Storage & Handling

  • Store in dry conditions, away from moisture.
  • Shelf life is 12 months in the original sealed BOPP bag.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Handle with care to avoid bag damage and product contamination.
